With the visitor economy driving economic growth in regional NSW, our tourism portfolio includes a mix of motels, tourism parks and camping grounds; supported by restaurants, cafes and event venues in prime locations that leverage the natural assets of our regional areas.
Our team of experienced operators, paired with a long-term vision and planning approach, ensures tourism assets that incorporate environmental, cultural and community values that support sustainable visitor economy growth.
We have the ability to accommodate over 40,000 visitors a year across our holiday park and motel portfolios, with restaurants, cafes and event venues in waterfront locations complementing the visitor experience.
Future Direction:
- We are currently undertaking planning of a greenfield regional holiday park with 12 cabins and 45 sites, and an estimated project value $3.7M.
- We continue to build on our successful portfolio of caravan and holiday parks, with our considerable management and strategic experience adding value to several parks coming under PPG in the coming months
- Venues, including restaurants and event space continues to be a priority for PPG; with planning for a number of large-scale projects underway:
- Iconic lakefront beach-club style venue incorporating restaurant, café & bar; estimated project value $5M
- Two story waterfront restaurant in a major coastal town; incorporating event space
- Waterfront cocktail bar and café
